  • “Stumbled into here as we wandered aimlessly at lunch, where we came across the menu del dia which was absolutely fantastic value given we were in the centre of Malaga. Three plates each (prawn salad with strawberries, mango, pea shoots and leaves to start; pumpkin and Parmesan soup next followed by chicken kebab with homemade chips and slow roasted medley of peppers) plus a drink (glass of wine, water, beer etc) and a coffee for EUR 10 per person!! Food was well presented, correct temperature, place clean and staff very accommodating. A true gem that we will probably never be able to find again.” Nick Reade

  • “Friendly staff, all-around pleasant atmosphere. Had tapas, chef’s choice, it was great! My son had pasta and loved it. So much nicer than the boring meat and fries that so many places offer.”  happyshinypeople

  • “We had a 3 night stay in Malaga and unfortunately only discovered this little gem on our last night! Other nights we had eaten at restaurants on the main tourist streets, where the food was ok, but nothing special. Just off the main streets but still fairly central was Andino’s, a lovely cosy authentic little place. What a difference! Andino was very welcoming, let us sample a couple of the wines before choosing, & the starters & main courses were truly delicious-homemade & unlike other places, plenty of it. The bill was £42 for the 2 of us, including a bottle of wine. Andino’s is very near to the IBIS where we were staying, but not easy to find-we came upon it by chance. I’m sure if other folk at the IBIS knew where to find it, they would have a very good evevning out there. (The hotel provides a street map- get one & go!) We will definitely be returning when we next visit Malaga. Thank you Andino!”   Greecefanjj
